Description of Services 

  • an in-person consultation followed by consultations with you via telephone/email

  • assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed 

  • discussion of theme, color, style and complete event design 


  •  Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to event 

  • Set-up and take-down of wedding ceremony and reception decorations 

  • Follow up telephone calls to contracted florist 1 – 2 weeks before event day to finalize details 

  • Please note that the agreed services do not include running any event related errands 
    such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, etc. 

  • As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill 
    my obligations under this agreement. 


  •  It is the client’s responsibility to notify the vendor of any changes in a timely manner. 

  • The vendor will use its professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, 
    tardiness, nonperformance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes. 

  • The vendor’s rates are shown as a one day charge. If the client require the equipment for 
    extended times, please contact our sales office for rates. 

  • All rental charges are for time out whether used or not. 

  • Any items that are lost or damaged to a point that they are unusable will be charged at full replacement cost. 

  • If food scraps are found on décor items, the client will be charged an additional 30% on top of 
    original rental rate 

Fees & Payment Schedule

  • 50% Deposit of the total price is due the time of the reservation, the remainder amount is due 1 month prior to the event. 

  • A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. 

  • Any cancellation 6 months before your event, the deposit will be returned. 

  • Cancelation within 6 months, deposit will not be returned.

  • Full payment is due in full before rentals are released. We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard 


  • Any signed agreements will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by a co-signed letter of agreement. 


  • Taffete Designs is required to disclose any outside activities, interest, personal beliefs or convictions 
    that may conflict with the best interests of the Client 


  • Taffete Designs’ employees who perform services for the Client shall also be bound by the provisions 
    of this agreement
